Gregg Taragos
Gregg
Taragos Ph.D. has twenty years experience as a strategy consultant with
senior and line level personnel across key divisions in fortune 500
companies, privately held companies and non profit organizations He has
helped organizations build strategic plans, develop business
partnerships as well support organizations in the alignment of
organization wide change initiatives. His channel partnership process
has been applied with a number of clients including Motorola, Hewlett
Packard, Verizon, Navistar, Chevron and Pioneer Electronics. Before
starting his private practice, he worked with a consulting team that
received a Ford Foundation grant from Harvard. He earned his Doctorate
in Organization Development at the University of Minnesota.

Steve Schewe
Steve Schewe M.B.A., specializes in marketing and performance improvement consulting. With over 20 years of experience in business development and technology marketing, he has invested in and managed venture funded startups, led corporate development teams, and developed new product strategies. Schewe helps business leaders and institutions clarify their direction and priorities through better planning. Schewe develops and evaluates business plans, analyzes new market opportunities, performs due diligence on acquisitions, and facilitates planning processes. Schewe holds a BA in Economics from Yale University and an MBA from the Darden School at the University of Virginia.
Jim Williams
Jim has guided hundreds of teams to develop performance improvement strategies for over 600 different jobs in functions ranging from accounting to call centers, and from sales to underwriting. His practice is built on more than 20 years experience creating and implementing training solutions to support organizational change and growth initiatives first at IBM and then at GE. Jim was GE's Chief Learning Officer for Business Process Outsourcing and setup the learning function for GE's outsourcing in Eastern Europe at Budapest, Hungary. He developed award winning sales training at GE Capital. At IBM Jim held various leadership roles in training functions include leadership development, quality improvement and pioneering the use of distance learning for technical vitality of engineers and scientist.
Steve Rosenbaum
Steve has worked with America's leading companies, over the past 23 years including Disney, DuPont, GE Ceridian, IBM and Carlson Companies, to help them design, develop and implement creative training solutions. He has worked both as an independent consultant and as a subcontractor to larger training and consulting firms. James Lynn
Dr. Lynn consults with senior executives to assess organizational needs, provides executive coaching, selection and development as well as install quality human resource systems that improve performance. Dr. Lynn developed a broad based understanding of business functions from twenty years of increasingly responsible experience in both public and private organizations. Dr. Lynn has been an examiner for the Minnesota Council for Quality, which administers a state version of the national Malcolm Baldrige Quality Award.
Lois Taragos
Lois or "Lu" Taragos has over twenty years experience providing outpatient treatment, including over eight years managing a Community Based Hospital's Rehabilitation Department. She is a long-standing member of the American Physical Therapy Association and has provided instruction to physical therapy professionals. Lu provides technical consulting for our Health Care Clients, assessing the effectiveness of performance management practices, development of competency based profiles and coaching on the implementation of performance management programs.
